The Board of Perth Gymnastics Academy Inc wish to publicly acknowledge that, following an independent mediation, it was identified that the suspension and termination of PGA athlete Emma Morris’ membership with PGA was invalid, and not in accordance with the PGA Constitution.
The Board acknowledges that it failed to follow the procedure required by the Constitution and extend its sincere apologies to Emma for the oversight.
